RETENTION POND CLEANING

For this retention pond we were able to drain it and power wash the inside. Doing this gave it a fresh start for the season ahead. 

A/C CONDENSER COIL  CLEANING

A/C Condensers can get build up on the coils and that will make your units run under a lot more stress. Units working under more stress tend to lead to more maintenance cost. It can also lead to having to completely replace the A/C unit. 

DRYER VENT CLEANING

We had the pleasure of cleaning out the dryer vents at this property and the final result turned out great!  

FULL TURN SERVICE 

This was a full turn service that included maintenance, unit paint, unit clean, and carpet clean.
